Method


  • 1Whisk eggs into flour until smooth


  • 2Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth (don’t worry if there’s a few lumps of flour)


  • 3Whisk in the sugar, salt and melted butter


  • 4Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan


  • 5Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to spread it into a thin layer


  • 6Flip when the batter becomes completely solid


  • 7Keep finished pancakes in an oven at around 75°c to keep warm


  • 8Repeat steps 4-7 until all the batter has been used


  • 9Serve with toppings of your choice

Notes


  • Strawberry and Nutella is nice Lemon and sugar is a classic
