1Whisk eggs into flour until smooth
2Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth (don’t worry if there’s a few lumps of flour)
3Whisk in the sugar, salt and melted butter
4Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan
5Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to spread it into a thin layer
6Flip when the batter becomes completely solid
7Keep finished pancakes in an oven at around 75°c to keep warm
8Repeat steps 4-7 until all the batter has been used
9Serve with toppings of your choice
